Johnson Construction 613 Inc. is a construction and renovation business that operates in Ottawa and surrounding areas. We started the business more than 10 years ago realizing that working for someone else wouldn’t get us where we wanted in life. Mark is a carpenter of 25+ years by trade and an entrepreneur by chance. Josée was a full-time government employee and realized that a 9-5 job wasn’t fulfilling and her energy could be better spent as a business owner and raising her family. Our passion for construction and real estate investment started when we decided to keep our first home back in 2007 to renovate and rent to generate income.

We have never looked back and have since purchased and converted many single family homes to multi units and partnered in multiple joint venture partnerships in order to grow our business to who we are today. Over the years our business has evolved, not only do we currently offer construction and renovation services, we also offer real estate investing services. We are always happy to discuss with like minded individuals about our journey. We focus on bigger home renovations projects and many residential conversions to multi units. We are passionate about what we do and enjoy helping others achieve their renovation and business goals.
